Great place to shop for food, the market here closes late for the many migrant workers from the Indian continent. Little India is a gathering place as well as a place for food shopping for these workers who work late, often taking jobs at construction sites which usually ends around 1-2am in the morning. I have intrigued by how the fish and meat is kept fresh in such a hot and tropical climate we have in Singapore
